To access these reports:
- Click Reports menu.
- Then go to Banking. This will list these five banking reports.
The first Quickbooks banking report is the Deposit Detail report. This report shows all the deposits you have entered. This includes the details of the deposits you've made.
Check detail report shows all the types of checks that you have written or recorded in Quickbooks. These types of checks are paychecks, bill payment checks, regular checks, etc.
Missing Checks report shows a clean sequence of check numbers. This report points out the missing and duplicate transaction numbers within an account. If the report encounters unexpected character it will list the ***Missing numbers here*** or ***Duplicate documents numbers***.
Reconciliation discrepancy report shows the transactions that were reconciled and cleared but were changed since you last reconciled. This report is helpful when you are trying to locate any discrepancy that you have in your beginning balance in Quickbooks.
If you see a transaction in this report, you must look at the Type of Change column. This column will tell what happened on that particular transaction that was originally cleared.
Previous reconciliation report shows the transactions that were cleared in the previous reconciliation that you made. This will only list all the transactions that were cleared during the reconcliation. If you clear a transaction in the account register, it will not be listed here.
You have an option to choose the statement date, type of report and what transactions to include on this report.
